Sommer Homes completes many renovation projects for custom home clients, like this project. The home was originally built by Sommer Homes in the 80’s. With the children grown and lifestyles changed, the owner wanted a renovation that would fit their current needs while updating for today’s taste.

The new picture window in the updated kitchen, seen from the outside here, was installed to take advantage of the view of the landscaping and woods in the backyard.

Sommer Homes completed a total renovation of the kitchen. A flowing, open space was designed to enhance the frequent gatherings hosted by the owners. A new, modern look was employed while still retaining a warm feel. spacer Sommer Homes’ creativity is apparent in every project. In this powder room the mixed woods, curved shapes, and attention to detail help us create a wonderful living space.

Consulting with the client on their needs, Sommer Homes designed and built a laundry room featuring built in cabinetry, counter space, a sink, and ample storage.
